Hope you all are fine inside your home. In the 2nd wave of covid most of the people lost their life by facing breathing problems. So to avoid these problems and to increase Oxygen level 

I share some tips to increase oxygen level at home!!

so here are some basic steps to be followed everyday to increase your oxygen level. 



Open windows or get outside to breathe fresh air:

Let some fresh air get into your house open up windows and doors. And walking on the terrace or balcony will give you some fresh air to breathe. and those amp fiance makes your mental stress down.Even hearing Jokes and laughing therapy can helps you to maintain Oxygen level. .

Quit smoking:

Are you a chain smoker? Many people, family members, and relatives told you to leave smoking,but now if you quit smoking you can save your life. Practicing cigarettes - free for more than two weeks can improve overall oxygen levels significantly. the function of lungs can increase up to 30% in the short duration of time.

Doing aerobics:

Aerobic workouts like walking, running, jumping gives your heart and lungs to function efficiently.



foods to increase oxygen level:

Antioxidant foods

like dates,bananas, garlic carrots and avocado are beneficial to health.

Fibre rich foods

like apples , apricots are contains lots of enzymes that help to increase  blood oxygen level and maintain the body's hormonal balance.

top oxygen- rich foods

like lemon that has electrolytic properties and that makes it  an excellent alkalising food which also cures cough, cold, flu .


Stay hydrate:

Human being needs 8 glass of water in a day to make yourself hydrated.



You can use a pulse oximeter to check your blood oxygen level at home which is now available on online for sale!
